I shot a doe this morning at about 7:15 AM. I did not think the wind was as big a factor as I was expecting. Although I was in a bottom it was pretty open to the west and north but I still did not think the wind sounded or felt like 20-25 as I had read on weather.com.

I went out with a friend, to keep him company and get my fix of the woods, it was windy, cold and snowing hard, visibility sucked, we saw about 40 deer, all does and little bucks, but none of them were within comfy range of the smokepole on a day with poor conditions to see anything or track so we let them all walk, it was however..................FUN
