This question cannot be answered just yes or no. There are different factors at play. What type of 24D? At what rate was it applied?
I always add some 24d to my burn down before brassicas but I tend to go a little heavier on the Gly. I have planted 5 days after spraying and had great stands. Its important to know the product you are spraying and figuring its long term effects. The label will tell you what you need to know.

Good call. You still have time to go back and apply 24D if you need to. But no matter how much you use there is residual in 24D. You still have a lot of time here to get brassicas in.

I’m so astute that I’ve had to learn that lesson the hard way, twice.
I sprayed Roundup/2-4 D on same day as a brassica planting (radish, rape, turnip). Interesting that it only had an effect on the rape and turnip, and I ended up with a clean, pure stand of radish.
