2-4D Amine on Enlist beans?

Hypothetically speaking, if guy sprayed a combo of gly and 2-4D amine on an Enlist bean plot that was looking kind of rough 2 weeks after planting, would it affect seeds that may not have germinated yet, or beans that were already up and of varying heights (0-4")?
 
I did read on another site that it can depend on additives in the 24d. He had a bad experience. Not sure if it killed them or just roughed them up. Hypothetically someone should probably test a little on a small spot before spraying a whole bunch.
 
I know some guys that accidentally sprayed a lower rate of LV6 on enlist & had no issues. Not labeled or legal but that was their feedback on their mistake. I suspect if a guy accidentally sprayed some super high rate it would hurt or kill them. I’ve never heard of anyone using amine on beans though.
If the beans aren’t out of the ground, those likely will be fine if they are enlist beans.
