I noticed in the licsense fee area for NR it says Any Deer with Antlerless only $323. Does that mean they are getting a Any sex and an Antlerless tag? Just curious. I have a friend from AZ that wants to come back in 2009 to hunt and want to pass the info on.

Yes, been that way for a couple years.
