2010 Bow Kill

This is a picture of Big 8 the buck I took Oct. 11, 2010. Earliest deer I have taken with the bow. He scored 148 I also have two years of match
sets of sheds.

Great Buck and he looks really unique. Is it just the picture or are the G3s quite a bit longer than the G2s? I would love a crack at a big, wide 8 like that one.

These are pictures of his sheds. He was a perfect 8pt at 3 1/2 at 4 1/2 he grew 11 pts and his name was changed to spears. You can see a small perfect white circle at the bottom of his spear. Never thought anything of it until I was skinning him out and his chest, neck, behind his ear was peppered with 22 remington shells. I believe some idiot shot at him in velvet and that is a 22 shell lodged in his shed. He threw a couple of non-typical points after the injury.
