2011 Hunting, Fishing Licenses on Sale Dec. 15 Iowa hunting and fishing licenses for 2011 will go on sale Dec. 15. The 2010 licenses are valid through Jan. 10, 2011. Nonresident hunting and fishing licenses go on sale Jan. 1, 2011.
