I just got back from a 10 day hunting safari in South Africa with my brother in law. It was an unbeleivable hunt and adventure. Here are a few of our pictures.

Awesome looks like a great time! I plan on doing that with my son when he is about 18 if he keeps his head screwed on straight for the next 10 years or so.
 
That would be a dream come true for me. Outstanding!!! I really like the Kudu. I told my wife that we are going when the kids all move out in 12 years but she pointed out that we will still have 2 in college. Might have to wait a little longer.

Awesome!! Where at in South Africa? I did a photo safari there about 5 yrs ago. Can't wait to go back someday.
 
What are the birds you got?
No-go on shooting the water buffalo?

I'm a deer junky and not too savvy on Africa but looks dynamite to me and something I'd love to see in my lifetime.

Skip, those are guinea fowl, and that's a Cape Buffalo :grin:

Gemsbok (sp??) are also a really cool animal - great coloring. Thanks for sharing your great adventure with the rest of us.
