I thought this as well but the top picture the deer is missing a brow tine and the bottom he is not. Then look at the dates the top picture was takin a few days befor the bottom picture.

No way look at the brow tines notice in the top his brow tine is broke off and then look at the second pic and that deer has both then look at the dates the first picture was a few days before the second picture

I think its the same deer. I know the dates and the "broken brow tine" say different, but I think the brow tine is there in the first pic it just blends in with the deers body.
