I just watched a video of a pretty well known habitat consultant seeding his access trails. Has anyone on here heard of that? I’m sure it’s rye grass and fescue. I’m in charge of 45 acres of turf grass at work. It’s extremely loud when you walk on it in winter/frozen times. I like the idea of less erosion but not sure on this one. He also sells it sooo…..Thoughts?

I dont like putting a food source where I walk for access. Just like I don't like to screen with food.
