Last year an albino fawn showed up on the farm for a couple pictures then left. He's back now and we will see if he hangs around

Albino didn't make it. I don't know if DNR has it or not

Just curious, can you legally shoot an albino deer in Iowa? Up until 15 years ago it was illegal to shoot an albino in Michigan.

Per the Iowa DNR site, "White Deer Whitetailed deer are common throughout Iowa, and there are assorted hunting seasons for them throughout the fall and early winter. However, any particular deer that has coloring that is more than 50 percent white cannot be legally taken."
