We can normally sell some maple for more than pallet price for the better logs. There seem to be a few buyer/mills that specialize in that stuff although many are
On the east side of the state. River City Hardwood, Hammes and Gingerich in Drakesville have bought maple from us.

It was all soft maple. (silver maple)

The logs i spoke of and the mills that bought them were all soft maple. I think that Hammes specializes in soft maple.
