Any ideas what this is?

Next pic was a buck at the scrape about an hour later. I don't see any way for a deer to get bedded without a pic of it standing first.

I would guess badger as well. Here's a picture of a badger I got last week looks somewhat similar.

what ever it is becareful not to make it made, the way it sneaks around it may get you.

I think it is a feral cat, the tail looks long and has horizonal rings going down it and the right side of the picture.
