Anybody else hear this?

I was in a meeting today. In the back ground I could hear WMT 600 AM radio. I wasn't paying much attention to the radio, then I heard "deer" and "hunting". I tried to listen, but the guy speaking in the meeting I was in drowned out the radio. When I got home I asked my wife, who listens to Bob Bruce on that station, if she had heard anything on the radio about deer hunting. She said someone called in and was going to DSM to introduce a bill that would allow anyone living in the country to shoot deer 24/7/365. Anybody else hear this show? She thought the person was a tree farmer from Tipton, but she wasn't 100% sure about either the caller or the context.

I would believe it if it was truly the guy from Tipton, I believe if memory serves me right he was the one that got pinched for poaching deer and calling the DNR telling them about it. He sounds like a real tool to me
