Anyone Wanna Build me a Homebrew?

Looking to get a decent homebrew for a reasonable price, best offer wins! I know its kinda late to get a cam out but I'd like to catch them setting up their patterns for fall. Probably don't wanna spend more than $200. I live in the Ames area but work in Des Moines so I'm either here or there most days. Let me know guys.
