My take on it is a doe at the mineral lick triggered the cam just as an owl was flying over top (above and a little right of the fence post). For some reason, the owl whited out, unless it was a Snowy owl.
Turn your lights off and look at it in the dark. It's easier to see. A friend of mine had a picture that he couldn't make out and was going to delete it but got side tracked. Came back later and the pic was still on his screen and the lights were off, it was a massive 8 point that he missed last year bow hunting.
It's definantly some kind of bird, you can see the wing tips bending and he is moving his wings down when the picture was taken, looks like an owl to me.
