Some of you may remember the post I made about the damascus trade points a friend had started forging.
Awesome heads
I got home from work today and theres an envelope waiting for me that my bladesmith friend had dropped off.
I don't know how he did it but besides the basic damascus point that is a piece of art in it's own right, he made another one that looks like it was flaked from stone.
I hope to thank him properly by harvesting something with one of these heads this fall!

I was needing a sanity check/stress reliever and decided to build a couple arrows to compliment the great work that Jon does on these heads.
Wood shafts, Purple heart footed nocks, Natural turkey feathers tied onto Bull snake cresting.
