Pics? I need to get a roast out of the freezer and try this. Maybe my wife would actually like this, although she thinks I cook with bacon too much as it is!
I wasn't aware there could ever be too much bacon...
I wonder how good it would be stuffed with cream cheese and garlic, wrapped in bacon and slow smoked??
Would your cooking directions be any different if it was a pork loin?

Only difference is I would make sure the center of the pork was up to temperature With a thermometer. Maybe cook it longer on 350 instead of shorter and 400

I'm just getting ready to put this in the oven! I used some cracked peppercorn bacon! Got the mashed taters and green beans with bacon also cooking!
