My advice would be to put an ad over the local radio station on their daily buy/sell/swap party lines. When I was looking for it, I tried driving around looking at buildings - I found a few that were exactly what I wanted, but in each case the farmer wanted me to tear down the entire barn and haul it off in exchange for the wood. I didn't have time to do this. Coincidentally, I heard an ad on the radio for someone wanting to sell barn boards. I went and looked at it, sure enough it was perfect for my needs. She explained to me that she wanted the barn taken down, and it was an eyesore. She told me to take all the boards I wanted (they are 13' planks of rustic 1x12) at a price of $5 per plank. So my suggestion would be to put something on the radio. Good luck!
