Bean experts … they looked almost perfect a week ago . High winds and hail , look toast now ? Thoughts ?

In Minnesota on my 160. Cash rented to a local farmer.

Were they flowered out already? I've seen beans bounce back from extensive damage but I'm not sure exactly where you hit the point of no return.

I didn’t walk in there, but the leaves are stripped… hard to say .

Oofta. But . what I love about cash rent. Not your problem to worry about unless one is share cropping.

If hail got to em....not much you can do besides trying to drill in short season beans. Had to that last year

In my experience with how they look, they are shot. Hope he carrys hail Insurance. They'll grow new leaves and look ok. But the damage is done..

Ya they are done. Almost everyone has crop insurance today. Looking at current prices.... might be better off.

Take advantage and broadcast some radishes in the hunting areas.
