If warranty is a big deal you can't beat Vortex. Lifetime fix/replace no questions asked. Its even transferrable
 
I have a pair of zen ray ed3's and they are awesome. I did a ton of research before the season and picked those instead of leupolds, vortex and some others. I had a budget of $500, and ended up getting a demo pair of 10x43. Instead of paying 475 I ended up paying 375 and they were brand new. I accidentally snapped one of the harness rings on the side of the binos on my treestand. Sent them in and got a brand new pair back. Excellent customer service.
