Best hunting video of all time??

What's your favorite hunting video of all time? For me, it has to be an older one - "Hunting the Rut With Ben Lee and Don Bell". A CLASSIC!!!!

I would say Primetime 7, just because of the hunt with Stan Potts shooting that eight point with the decoy. That was probably the best footage I have ever seen. That and Stan is just out of control and I laugh for a hour when he shoots something. However, I was quite disappointed in the new Primetime 8. It definetly isnt up to the standards of 6 or 7.

Before these videos became such a big deal, there was one called Bowhunting October Whitetails...a real classic and still my favorite. Probably been around for 10-15 years. One of the Wensel brothers (don't remember which) puts one in the boiler room of a running buck using his recurve. It's a real jaw-dropper!

Kisky is putting out some great ones, just got the new one this weekend!

Very good! My favorite for years was the Drury Outdoors, Monster Bucks 2. And I've gotta agree with NWBuck, Bowhunting October Whitetails was a classic out of the archives. Gene and Berry were both in it if I remember correctly. Hey Onecam, what was the name of the old video with the goofy guy that did the first snort-weeze that we had ever heard? Was it Arrows & Antlers? That was a good one too.

"Traditional Vision Quest" by Denny Sturgis Jr. It's not much about the buck, more about the bowhunter.

i'm still a fan of double bull videos. these guys get excited and you can tell it isn't forced or fake unlike MANY of the "name brand" videos out there.

Double Bull videos are great very enjoyable to watch. In i think it was their first video they are trying to shoot a flying bumble bee. Or the prairie dogs at like 80 yds.

Love the Kisky videos, and Primetime is a close second. I just love how well informed the Kiskys' are about their deer herd, and how much time and effort they put into it all. Thats what I like to see in hunting videos - more aspects of the hunt, besides just the shot and recovery. It seems like most of the bucks they harvest, they've got multiple years of the bucks sheds(sheds are always a plus), and trail cam pics galore... doesnt hurt that a good majority of their hunts are in Iowa.

Bowman, how is the newest Kisky video?

I was kind of disappointed with the newest Primetime video, Primetime Bucks 8. There was an abundance of missed/careless shots. They've also seem to have become a marketing whore - inbetween many of the hunts, there is some kind of advertising for something new, which is tolerable to a certain degree... They've also parted with Greg Miller and Pat Reeves, two of my favorite staff members. I believe that they were going to help with the creation of the new North American Whitetail hunting tv series but Stan Potts is also and he was on Primetime 8. Anyone else know anymore of the story?

I think that I will have a toss up with Kisky, Primos, and Primetime. I love all of them and you learn quite abit off of the videos also.

I personally like the buck fever videos by Jack Brittingham. Although his hunts are on alot of fenced in areas if you pay attention you actually see alot of informative stuff. I got my snort wheeze practice from imitating a huge bodied buck snorting at a subordinate buck in his video. If you just like to see big deer this is the best I've seen.

well simply because i think the only true way to hunt is to track down then spot and stalk, who better to learn from the the "Benoit Family". anything from the Benoit Family is worth watching or reading!
