big rack or branches?

It is somewhat hard to tell though!
 
I dinked around with the photo editing software I have and it looks to be a giant rack......not 100% sure but I would be trying to get another pic of him if I could to confirm. Good luck
 
Looks like horn to me, and a lot of it!! Can't you tell if there are branches in that spot when you look at it in the daylight???

I used my software too and the only branches I see are the branches of bone growing out of that pigs head. He's a dandy for sure. Good luck.
 
CRITR, good point...here is a photo of the area with and without the buck. Looks like only one small limb in the way. Other than that it is all horn!!

That is a hog of a buck! I am really looking forward to some better pics of that monster. Good luck.
 
Looks like bone to me! I have a picture off my last roll that is not the best due to some flash bleed problems I was having. If you look at the deer to the left in the background it appears that he might have the outline of a good buck. I looked at all the other images from this spot, night & day, and there's no limbs that look like that so I'm assuming that it is the outline of a big rack. What do you think?

Then do you stand a better chance at him than one of those wandering park bucks on the IA side of the river.
 
KPM...I drew a tag this year so I'll definately be on the edge of the park. However I think I'm going to focus a lot on this guy.
