Few more weeks and I think it will be time to start targeting cats. I finally got one big enough on camera that I feel willing to take. What are your thoughts on weight? Great to see them coming back year after year.
That 2nd picture cat definitely looks like a nice one. I couldn't tell you on weight. This will be my 1st year actually hunting them. Just have to wait until i'm done muzzleloader hunting.
I wish we had bobcats where I live (tama county). I am just a little too far north for them. I know they are around on occasion, but I have never seen one personally. They are sweet animals though! Good luck trying to get one of them.
2 years ago I had one on camera in Clayton county. They are around, but few. I would like to take my boys down to southern Iowa and find a spot to try and trap one.
