I went back to check my deer cam at my dads today knowing I would have some really good pics of a nice one he's seen in back only to find.......I did not open the shutter on my camera.

I have the Xpander unit that gives the date and time when something walk in front of the camera and they were all at times late in the evening. I won't make that mistake again

Don't feel bad, Shredder - I've sure made my share of bonehead camera mistakes. My camera that had the black & white film (that was a mistake), sat in the woods for almost 2 weeks, and didn't record a photo. Turns out that I hadn't pulled out enough film leader, and it didn't get on the spool. Last year, I pulled that stunt twice.

Now, I make sure the film counter is above zero befoe I set up the camera.

I bet if more trail cam people told on themselves, there would be plenty of stories . . . ?

Ever forget to put a memory card in your digital trailcam, naw me either, or film in a 35mm, I havent.
