Usually use Muck Chores but looking for something a little more fitting for walking miles on end . Have heard good things on Danner pronghorns and UA speed freaks . Let's hear it .

I had a pair of Danner's for years. They were easily the most comfortable hunting boots I've ever used.

Bought a pair of Cabelas Ultralight by Meindl 2 years ago. Absolutely most comfortable boots I've ever worn from the second I put them on.

I haven't put hundreds of miles on them or anything yet, but they seem to be holding up pretty well.

I bought Meindls last year. A little spendy, but by far the most comfortable boots I've ever worn.

I just use a very lightweight, uninsulated Lacrosse. Forget the title of them. They have neoprene uppers I believe. I only prefer them because I cross a lot of creeks that are 12" or deeper. Especially when all the snow is melting and holding water levels up. I do a TON of walking and they aren't too bad as far as comfort goes.

I have had a pair of Danner Pronghorns for a few years now and I love them. They are great boots! If you want a rubber boot check out the Lacrosse AeroHead 3.5mm. They seem to fit better around the ankle than Mucks for some people.
