Yes you can. Its not a bad idea to wear orange walking to and from the tree if you are hunting public. Naturally you would take it off in the tree. There can be some crazies out there.
 
I alway wear orange when there are guns around on the way in and out. And never sit on the ground during a gun season

I've never hunted any season but shotgun so all of this is new to me and my Dad. My Dad has only been hunting Deer for 6 Years only shotgun (owned land for over 30+) I've been hunting shotgun for 2 Years now. How bad is it during the Muzz season? Isn't there only like 7,500 people out for Muzz? My friend got a tag and I think I'll go with him and finish my youth tag off next weekend or Sunday.
