Bow companies are coming out with so many new models with new technology each year that bows are becoming outdated much faster now than they used to be. Depending on the bow, bow shops might trade but I would guess that those who will just buy the bow are the exception, not the rule. You would make more money on your bow by selling privately. Take some photos, post the demensions and details, and put it in the classifieds. Archerytalk.com is a great place to move a used bow.
