Who would have thought that this was going on in the woods when no one is around? Looks like a couple of post-shed bucks, dancing. Could it be they are possibly confused with their sexuality and partaking in a little harmless adolescent experimenting?
Not that there's anything wrong with that....my only wish is that they weren't so open about it!

Looks like to me since they both lost their horns, they base their dominance by who is taller, looks like the one of the left is the winner

That is a great photo. A good friend recently told me that once the horns hit the ground the jockeying for position in the herd gets goofy. Smaller bucks get all full of themselves when the boss doesn't look so intimidating. That little guy looks like he is just about to be rolled over backwards.
