I'm thinking about getting one of the above for yote hunting as well as a scope for it. Any reviews or advise is appreciated.

Look into Rock River Arms, save a few hundred. you won't be disappointed. I'm sure a few others here would agree.

Superior Arms from Wapello Iowa makes a very nice gun, but, you can't go wrong with RRA, Bushmaster, or DPMS.

Best of luck to ya.

I've got a Bushy Varmenter. I have only killed paper with it so far. I took it hunting once. Freakin thing is about 9 pounds then add a bi-pod, scope and scope mouts, mag and ammo. Too heavy to carry very far. Very accurate, action is smooth and its fun to shoot. It is just so darn heavy. Thats why I bought a Bushy Stubby too.
