Yes salt also looks white but this is ground corn. First off I don't understand why it matters what it is. A guy asked what it was and I told him trust me I know what I'm talking about. Ground corn is white because 90% of a kernal of corn is white.

Theres no law that says you can't continue to bait deer whether with corn or salt lick throughout season for trail cam purposes . My neighbor feeds em all year round and he doesnt hunt just likes to look at pictures of bucks.
