Canadian Bear Hunt

Back in 2014 a buddy and I book a bear hunt at the Iowa Deer Classic. In 2016 we were to go to Sasaktchewan and hunt bear at Bear Country Outfitters. We did a lot of research and thought this would be the place to go. We really wanted a place that only focused on bear hunting. The last time I went, I went to a fishing camp that had bear hunting.

Well we just returned. My buddy shot a nice bear, but I came up empty handed. Not for lack of effort. I spent over 60 hrs in the stand in 5 days, but just never saw what I was after. So far this year, counting our group they have had 22 hunters in camp and 21 shot bear! I plan to try my luck again next year.

Yes I got more video of Martin's then I did bear. Probably saw 20 Martins and 3 fisher the whole time I was there!
