I shot a decent buck last weekend and caped it out just in case I want to shoulder mount it. I figured that at the very least whoever I take it to might want a cape. Anyway, my question is, how long will it be okay to sit in the freezer? I'm in the middle of transitioning to a new job and finding a place to live/moving so I'm not going to really have time until after Christmas. Is it okay if it sits in the freezer that long or should I start arranging for someone to take it to a taxidermist this week?
