Certified as a Pesticide Applicator

Easy as pie! If u have sprayed a lot- simple. If u are a bit of a novice- study guide.

It wasn’t too terrible. If you are getting your 3OT or Category 6 those are a bit tougher

Same as above. I did no preparation and passed the test on first try. Definitely worth it.

I signed up for a Missouri online class. It was free. Although I own land in Iowa, most of my activity regarding spraying is in Missouri. As I understand it, certifications are state specific, so I chose Missouri for certification. Appreciate the feedback here, gave me the initiative to move forward with getting my own.

Although I try to be careful in handling and spraying, I'm probably not as educated as I could be in the harmful effects of getting herbicide on my skin.eyes, etc. Recent reading of labels got my attention.

My wife and I both have commercial applicators license which allows us to charge $ for spraying chemicals in a certain category.

Before that, I had a private applicators license.

Both were easy but here in Georgia, if you have the commercial one, you need 10 continuing educations hours every 5 years as opposed to 5 for the private.

Both allow me to buy RUP.
