Cheap alternative to HBS, Warmbag, Iwom

My current issues are feet getting cold. Hands fixed with ample Hot Hands but feet have always been the issue.

I use the Hot Hands toe warmers or foot warmers inside my Muck Arctic Sport boots for cold days (like this last weekend). They have adhesive backs to keep them from moving around while walking, and they aren't very thick. Seem to keep my feet a little warmer. I won't guarantee they won't get somewhat cold, but I could just need new boots too. These are at least 7-8 years old, so I'm guessing the insulation isn't as good as new ones. I also tried the toe warmers in the finger flap of a pair of glommits and that seemed to help my hands too. Again, you can stick it where you want it instead of having the loose packet in your gloves (if you don't have the hand warmer pocket on your gloves).

My hands and feet are always my problem areas. When I put on my sock liners then the wool socks, my feet sweat before the boot even gets on. Sometimes I hold off on the wool until I get to the stand. What really works for me is to insert two super sized hand warmers into each of my Arctic Shield boot blankets and put them in my backpack. When I arrive to the stand they are already warm. I put them on right away in the stand. Sweat or no sweat my feet stay warm all day.
As for my hands, I can wear the thinnest gloves I have and my hands will still sweat on the way in even if it's ten degrees. When I get hooked into the stand I take the thin gloves off for about five minutes to let my hands dry then put on my heavier gloves. More of a medium weight glove really. Then I rely on good old hand warmers in my pockets.
One last thing, a Therma Care lower back sticky pad works awesome when you stick it to your base layer after getting to the stand. The heat penetrates to your kidneys and runs up to the back of your neck where a good neck gaiter will hold iy all in.
I know it's a rambling post but this all works really well for me! I still might try one of those body suits for late muzzleloader though. Man I love late season.

This works well do me as well, I also had pockets for large hand warmers up down the back on both sides and two on the front sewn in a fleece vest for really nasty cold weather...... Been a few years since I felt like I needed to hunt in weather like that though.
