Cheap cams- best

no!!!, **caution/warning**, do not keep them going, you must resist unloading them on others. They breed and infect other hunters & disease land - they MUST be put down, euthanized. Either by fire or mechanical means (substitutes could be acid, explosive devices, dropping from extreme elevations). My bushnells or Coverts all take something like 3k-4k pics maybe on a 8mp card? double that with 16gb which I always run becasue 90% of my cams take them. I have some cams that take a 32gb card. Difference in price between a 8gb & 16gb is small. I stick with Sandisk, Class 4 or 6 I think 16GB cards and they are not much $. had good luck with Transcend & Sony as well. Side note from above, I've run cam comparison, one after another on Energizer VS coppertop (regular batteries) - no comparison, Coppertops get almost double the longevity and Energizer do not just keep going and going and going. On the other hand, I will not use coppertops during hunting season on, especially into cold weather - I will only use Energizer Ultimate Lithiums for many reasons.

I use the rayovac And the last just as long as any other non lithium battery and yes I love my cuddebacks

How many images will the covert MP6 hold on a 8g card? Looking at getting a couple and like to time lapse some times. To the original post I have truth cams 46 ultras that run fine for $100, but are fuzzy at night on fast movers. If you want a flash camera the old wildview 2 for $50 has been running for 6 years now behind grandpa's.

I think for an 8 gb card my coverts show over 7000 pics avail. Also, Wing Supply has MP6 for $98 and free ship right now.

Ya, but all your gear is consistently outdated, I saw your set-up.... Still uses the string attached to the arrow with that spool to track his deer..... The trail timer/recorder with the string the deer trip (which is still better than cuddebacks btw)..... Bathing in Fox urine.... & his bow that's actually from my 1994 gym class. I dunno, this cuddeback liking is fitting into place now.:p

You saying I shouldn't use the red fox urine? My wife lives it lol

Check out the browning ranger I think it's called. Super easy setup (switches instead of programming), around a hundred bucks, great day or night pics, and the videos have sound. I will be replacing my bushnell trophy cams with these.

Just checked my refurbished moultries I got for 60 a piece... Picture quality is pretty good for 60 bucks.... Got them on ebay...shipping is free and only takes two days ...m-80's

Diggin the coverts I picked up from JJohnson in Waukon. Great pics, and appear to have good triggers. I also have some fantastic bovine pics this week that I plan to frame.

In all seriousness, the cheap coverts kick butt. Exempt for their bogus set up screen.
