Commission On Selling Land?

What percentage can a guy expect to pay for an agent to sell a piece of raw ground?

It is 6% for residential real estate. Not sure about "raw ground"

4-7%. A lot of realtors at 5. Some at 6 and there's a few at 7.

I just some land. Depending on the realtor ( oak ridge) charges 7% but most charge 6%

The numbers that people have already posted line up with my limited experience too. That being said...I wouldn't hesitate to negotiate that percentage.

I'm a realtor in Missouri, 6% is pretty standard for residential or vacant land

I charge 4-5% in MN, but they really don't need me unless it is a strictly hunting parcel. The tillable and CRP is all gobbled up by a long line of farmers or investors
