Thanks Guys!!!!

It has been a roller coaster so far!!

His name is Beau Hunter Weichers and he was born last night at 9:32. he was 8 lbs 12 oz and 20.5 inches!

He had mecionium at birth(Passed boul before birth). I am not sure of all the details but here is a very long story short. After the did all there work on him right after birth we got to hold him for about 10 mins. Then they rushed him to NICU(intensive care)

He was having respitory problems. They want a baby Breathe per minute rate to be around 50 to 60 and Beaus was about 140! In other words he was trying really hard to get oxygen and just wasn't! So last night I stood next my on in the NICU room well they hooked up IV's and put breathing tubes in his nose. It was a very difficult night! They got him a little more stable around 4 this morning!

Just had a doctor up about 11 this morning from the NICU and she said he has been doing remarkable. They originally thought he would be in NICU for 7 to 10 days, bu he is doing well enough that we might be able to hold him tonight!!!!!!!!

It has been a very emotional deal, and I, and unemotional person, have found emotions I never knew existed!!!! Loving something so much at sight, holding it for a moment, and then watching as he suffers and gasps for air was something I will never forget and pray to never have happen to anyone! I hav a new respect for love and life!

Thank you all so much for the congratulations, and please keep us in your prayers! i will keep you all up to date, but the outlook right now is very good!!! Maybe I can hold him again tonight! He was rushed away so fast we really didn't get many pictures, but I will have soon!!

Thanks in advance for the prayers!!

Andy, Amanda, and Beau!

We did a stint in the NICU with our second child. Misdiagnosis fortunately but still a very tough thing to go through. Prayers on the way and I'm glad things are looking up for you.
