Just had an idea. Don't know if this would be against a Chefs rules, but how about a forum or a thread in the PMA section that people could post there favorite recipes to help out the guys like me that only have one way to cook each animal.
I shot a couple of cocks today and would like to try something different. I haven't searched the web yet, but I thought wouldn't it be nice just to hit IW and look up pheasants and find 30 different ways to cook it. What do ya think?
