Maybe instead of mixing the seed, plant two rows to corn and the other two rows to beans.
I hate hounding on this subject, but it really has piqued my interest. I work with corn and soybean research on a daily basis and have the mindset of a traditional producer(yield focused), so mixing beans and corn in the same field just doesn't sound right.
Maybe someone with a few more acres could do some test plots for us (Old Buck)? I'd be happy to help out.
