?Cost for the 2007 Big Buck Contest?

Is this the first year that there is a fee associated with signing up for the Big Buck Contest? What are everyones thoughts on having to pay to enter the contest?

Not 100% but I think that if you are not a PMA member, you have to pay for the big buck contest (and I am not trying to pimp the PMA this time).
 
Last couple years if you were a PMA member you got to enter ONE buck for free, but you had to call which weapon before season. If you wanted to enter in another season then you had to pay to enter that one.
 
Last year, PMA members were free for both gun and bow. Looks the same for this year too. Non-PMA members can enter by paying $10 and specifying gun or bow. That too is same as last year.
