Could it be dry?

Hard to believe,,with two summers of constant rain,, that it could actually be getting mighty dry. At least top soil. Basically no rain for a month. Food plots looking ragged. Need a freah drink. Actually we all knew things had to even out, but anymore it seems you are either going to have a flood,,,or a drought.

I'm with you. Food plots are looking a little ragged. The little rain we got the other day in my area should have helped a little. However, coming from a farming family, this is great for the farmers after last year. They actually should have enough good weather to get the crops out. Which means less standing corn and better hunting!

I was taking soil samples this week end and all the fields weather upland or bottom there was still plenty of moisture. Hard to believe but the subsoil moisture must be wicking up.
