COVID messed up everything!

Since the start of COVID, I have seen 2 Novembers with little rut activity. I've seen sparring and hard chasing on January 9th. I have seen a 6" tree shredded in Early September.

I've seen bucks sporting full antlers on April 28. Tonight, my son thought he filled an antlerless tag on a big doe.
He was pretty disappointed. It was a 2 year old shed buck. What the heck??!!

I did read where testing of deer they were showing up Covid positive.Figured a deer would shake that off.I did wonder if it would effect the fawn population and doe conception rate.

Yeah- I had my 2 targets both shed by Dec 16th (very easy to tell them from other deer). I shot one during shotgun that had 1 foot long spike, other side was just a mush button on his head (like soft mushy dripping ooze). But that being said- I have 50-60 in my plot right now as I type

No I think they are certain to die if they don’t get the five vax shots……
