Well on July 7th went down and had my Switchback crackerized and while down there the 9 hrs, I decided to try one of those Bowtech Allegiances and my oh my are they quick. So purchased one and had Mike crackerize it also. Picked it up on July 21st Well finally got out to shooting the BT this past weekend after the sight I had put it on was back after having been recalled for a machining error and well just say the 4th shot I "robin hood" my first arrow. My Switchback also shoots better then it ever has. What a great piece of work Mike does and if you have time to go visit with him I suggest you do so. Well here are some picks. Sorry the 2 bow pic didnt turn out that well.

I meant to ask you to bring out the Cracker's handy work at the shed gathering so I could see it first hand. I am thinking I may have to pay him a visit soon. Nice shooting Steve!

happy birthday!!!!!

He builds custom winners choice strings, twists her up, micro tunes your bow, get;s it running to its peak performance. Great price too!

Maybe a dumb question but doesn't Winners Choice build their own strings?

what is crackerized?

"Crackerized" is the term that people use to refer to the tuning adjustment process that Mike Carter of St. Joseph, Missouri does to bows. Mike's "handle" on ArcheryTalk.com is "Crackers" and he has a great reputation for getting the most out of any bow. His archery shop in St. Joe is called Carter's Archery.

Maybe Mike will get on here and explain to you what crackerized is. All I know is that it comes from one of his Chinchilla's that he raises and one of them is named cracker. From my knowledge he uses string made by BCY and then makes them to fit your bow.

Skully: I meant to bring them out and just plain forgot about it. To much to look at. Sorry
