I'm sure alot of you have seen the current Cuddeback commerical that shows the flash time and at the end of the commericial they show a buck jumping over a fence in the snow. Well, I realized tonight that is my video that I had submitted to Cuddeback. The had sent me an email quite awhile ago and stated that they wanted more info and that it was going to be in one of their contests. They did not say they were going to use this in a commericial. I am obviously going to call the company tomorrow. Would any of you handle this different? Does anyone know anyone at cuddeback that I should ask to speak to personally?

If you read the "fine print" on the submittal it probably said that all entries become property of Cuddeback. But then again, I could be wrong. I'd check the submittal info before you call.
 
I thought of that also Neb. To me submitting a video for their contest and them using it on there commerical are two different things. Just my opinion.

I don't want to start a beef with or a thread to try to bash Cuddeback. Just wondering if anyone knows anyone to speak to or has experienced something simular.
 
Congrats first of all for your video getting used but I would definitely read the fine print before or call them and ask them to send you the rules for the contest.

I with Nebraskawhitetail on this one. More then likely became their property and sorry but that video is now theirs and they can use it anyway they wish.
