Cuddeback Problems

Has anybody ever had problems with a Cuddeback camera not saving pictures that are taken at night? I have a Cuddeback Expert and it saves pictures taken during the day but not at night, and it appears that I have all the settings set the way they should be. I will probably have to call Non-Typical and talk to them about it, but I was just wondering if any of you have had this problem.
Thanks.

I had that exact same problem(on a Capture). Changed SD cards and a new set of batteries and never had the problem again??????

If you call i would be interested to hear what they had to say.

Total shot in the dark here...I have never used or owned Cuddeback's, but what SD card are you using?

I have had, and know others that have had, various problems with camera's that were solved by switching the brand of SD card. I know the brand that I have had work consistently is SanDisk, I can't recall right now the brand(s) of card that did not work.

I was using brand new batteries and a Cabelas brand compat flash card that worked fine last year. I called them yesterday and the lady had me try taking a picture in the dark with out the card and seeing if it would save the picture to the internal memory and it woudn't save it that way either. Then she said that I could send it in and get it fixed (3 month wait) for $150 and have a 6 month warranty on it or I could send it in and get a Capture for $100 and a full year warranty. So I decided to get the Capture instead of messing with that piece of crap 3 months from now. I hope the Capture doesn't give me the problems the Expert did.

I know what you're talking about, I did have some brand that didn't work, then I switched to some Cabelas brand compact flash card. It worked ok last year.
