I believe skip had mentioned something about spraying late fall after most trees drop there leaves but there still green with a drone ?? Im sure he will steer you in right direction!

50% gly solution (half gly, half water). Apply immediately after cutting (within minutes).
(Any foliar spray has to be done August to first frost)

Can you cut and spray now or is it too cold?
Data says you can but I dont provide advice on somthing I haven't personally tried....
