Dakota's 2nd buck of the season!

With only 2 days to be able to hunt during early muzzleloader, Saturday am turned out to be a great time! He wasn't the biggest buck but it sure made his day!

We had both his muzzleloader and bow in the blind with us. 5 minutes after shooting the buck we had a doe and fawn come into the plot. He's shooting 37 lbs with a Hoyt Rukus. I've been skeptical if that was enough lbs to ethically take a whitetail. Well with this doe at 14 yds he made a great shot and got a complete pass through!

Getting his 2nd buck of the yr was great but being able to film him on his 1st bow kill was the best! Congrats Lil buddy!
