Thanks everyone. Like I said earlier he's my biggest deer ever harvested. Even though he may not be the 140 class deer I would have liked he's still a trophy in my eyes, and soon to be on the wall
. The one bad thing is the animal was badly gut shot and our temperatures held steady in the uper 50's last night. It was 58 this morning when I started my search. Unfortunately his meat won't be any good.
That is awesome. I know how you feel. I liver shot my last deer. I watched him bed down 60yds away. Could see him the whole time. Took him almost 2 hrs to finally give up. Way to go and good job tracking!!!
