Decoys

Has anybody had success with the blow up decoys by Tinks? If not, what other decoys are recommended, and how do you best utilize them?

Those blow up decoys are so pathetic looking I laugh just thinking about it.

Those were my thoughts as well... but I'm curious to see if anybody has had any success with them?
