He's got 30 days to sign,will take him 28 days the find a pen to sign with.

What day was it delivered and is it 30 calendar or working days? If it is 30 working days, then he has 6 months on the calendar, right? (sorry, shouldn't have added my opinion

) Anyway, it should be about to expire?

I doubt the bill can expire and they probably have enough votes to over ride a veto.

I'm not sure how it works in Iowa but in Michigan if the Governor doesn't sign a bill, it automatically becomes law.

Been awhile since I studied government, but it sounds right that it becomes a law if he doesn't sign it. It gives the governor a chance to distance himself from the legislation (I didn't sign that!

)
